Because Arba Minim are perishable, all Arba Minim sales are final.
Hamafitz will not accept returns on damaged items, except in the following conditions


Esrogim:
If the esrog is received with a broken Pitom, Discolored or completely not
Kosher, we will replace it.


Haddasim and Aravos:
These items are highly perishable. We therefore cannot be responsible for damaged goods during the shipping process. We strongly recommend our customers to purchase a few extras.

Lulavim:
Lulavim are very fragile. Hamafitz tries its best; however we do not do our own deliveries. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Again, we recommend you purchase additional Lulavim along with your order.

We cannot be responsible for any incorrect addresses provided to us; delivery, return, and re-delivery charges will apply. We strongly recommend that when ordering perishable items, you confirm that the recipient or another responsible party will be available to receive, open, and properly store your order.

The shipper will not release a package if no one is home, unless you ask us to sign the signature release. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for packages left without a signature. We cannot be responsible for packages left by UPS when you have previously authorized them to leave packages without a signature.

Returns
We will accept returns for refund if notified within 2 days of receipt of the product. We will accept a return for exchange within 7 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 5 days of notification of intent to return. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. Or exchanged for equal value. We do not refund shipping

Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged during shipment by UPS, save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim with UPS. UPS insures all shipments and so far has made good on them. You may have to allow a UPS representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. We will replace the product at the carrier's expense. If you request that we decline insurance to save on shipping cost, any adjustment for damage will be between you and UPS.

Canceling Orders
We take pride in prompt shipping and most orders are shipped the morning following our receipt of the request. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will in most cases be shipped the following Monday. If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you notify us immediately. Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above, but we will not refund the shipping cost.

Duties
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Orders only include the cost of the item(s) and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.


We reserve the right to refuse to process any order or to refuse to ship to certain countries.
